Professional Legal Services Jamaica - Whyte Law

Three commitments sit under every file we open. Your fee is set out in writing before work begins. You speak with your attorney, not a gatekeeper. And your matter keeps moving, because we chase the follow-ups so you never have to.

From our office in St Ann's Bay, minutes from Ocho Rios, we work daily with the Supreme Court, the Titles Office, the National Land Agency and Tax Administration Jamaica, and we carry matters to completion for clients at home and abroad.

Straight Answers

The questions people actually ask before they call.

Why is the consultation paid?

Because it is legal advice, not a screening call. You sit with the attorney, your documents are reviewed and you leave knowing your position and your options. The fee is shown before you book, and divorce and will consultations are currently free.

Do I need to travel to Jamaica?

No. Consultations run on Zoom or Teams, documents move through secure channels and we guide you through notarisation and apostilles where you live.

What will my matter cost?

You receive fee guidance in writing at your consultation, before you commit to anything. Divorce is available at a fixed fee and conveyancing follows a clear scale we explain up front.

Is my money protected?

Funds held for your matter sit in a dedicated clients' trust account, separate from the firm's own funds, as the Legal Profession regulations require.
