Her Story
Ms. T. A. Whyte, LL.B (Hons.)
Ms. T. A. Whyte is a passionate and accomplished Attorney-at-Law with over a decade of unwavering dedication to civil law practice across Jamaica. As the founder and leader of Whyte Law, she has earned a reputation as a trusted advocate who brings clarity, compassion and fierce commitment to every client she serves. Practising primarily in civil law, conveyancing, estate administration and planning and divorce matters, she guides individuals and families through some of life's most important milestones, whether securing property dreams, protecting legacies or navigating personal transitions, with experience gained island-wide.
Jamaican Roots
A true daughter of the soil, Ms. Whyte's Jamaican roots run deep and shape her genuine connection to the people and communities she serves from her base in St. Ann. Her journey began as a proud past student of Ferncourt High School and Moneague College before she earned her LL.B (Hons.) from the University of the West Indies and completed her professional training at the prestigious Norman Manley Law School. Along the way, she also shared her knowledge as a former lecturer in Criminal Justice and Maritime Law and inspired the next generation of legal minds.
Beyond the Office
Beyond the conference room and courtroom, Ms. Whyte is a world traveller with an adventurous spirit who is always eager to explore new cultures and horizons. Yet no matter how far she roams, she finds her greatest joy closer to home as she unwinds on the stunning beaches of Jamaica's north coast during those precious moments away from the office. An avid reader who loses herself in a good book and a devoted lover of animals, she brings the same warmth and humanity to her personal life as she does to her practice.
The Person You Hire
Ms. Whyte isn't just an attorney. She is a relatable, down-to-earth professional who truly cares. When you work with her, you're not just getting legal advice.
