Search bank-approved property valuers and commissioned land surveyors across all 14 parishes of Jamaica. Look up a firm by name, filter valuers by the lender that approves them (VMBS, NHT, Sagicor, JN Bank, NCB or Scotiabank), and find the right professional for a mortgage valuation, sale, or land survey.
Bank panels do not all agree, so the same firm may be approved by one lender and not another. St Ann is shown first.

This directory is provided by Whyte Law for general information only and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice. Whyte Law is not affiliated with, and does not endorse or recommend, any valuer or surveyor listed. The listings are compiled from publicly available lender panels and the national register of commissioned land surveyors, and may contain errors or become out of date.
Bank approval is held at firm level and panels change over time. Always confirm a valuer’s current standing, fees and availability directly with the firm and the relevant lending institution before relying on this information. Whyte Law accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of this directory.
Use this directory and filter by parish and by the lending institution that approves the valuer. A valuer can be on one bank’s panel and not another’s, so check that the firm is approved by your specific lender, and confirm their current standing with that lender before instructing them.
A property valuer estimates the market value of land or a building — for a mortgage, a sale, or a probate/estate valuation. A commissioned land surveyor establishes legal boundaries and produces survey diagrams used to register or subdivide land, resolve boundary disputes, and support title work. Many property matters need both.
VMBS, NHT (construction-type loans), Sagicor Bank, JN Bank, NCB and Scotiabank. The VMBS, NHT and Sagicor lists are island-wide; the JN Bank, NCB and Scotiabank entries cover St Ann and Kingston. Panels change over time, so confirm directly with the lender.
A mortgage lender will normally require a valuation, and a current valuation also helps when pricing a sale, transferring a title, or administering an estate. A land survey is often needed to register land, subdivide it, or settle a boundary question. Whyte Law can advise which you need and handle the conveyancing or estate work around it.
Whyte Law guides clients through valuation, survey and conveyancing in Jamaica — from St Ann to every parish. We can advise on property & conveyancing and estate administration, and handle the legal work around your valuation or survey.
